Snaplist — Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you install Snaplist, we access the following data from your Shopify store:

Product data: product titles, descriptions, tags, SEO fields, and images. This is used to generate and update product listings.
Shop information: your store domain, used to manage your account and track usage.

We do not collect personal information about your customers. We do not access orders, customer data, or payment information.

2. How We Use Your Data

Product images are sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to analyze the product and generate listing copy. Images are processed in real time and are not stored by the AI provider beyond the request.
Generated listings (title, description, tags, SEO fields) are stored temporarily to display results and track your monthly usage count.
Your shop domain is stored to manage session authentication and billing.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API: processes product images to generate listing content. Subject to Google's API Terms of Service.
Shopify: authentication, billing, and product data access. Subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Generated listing data is retained for usage tracking purposes. Session data is deleted when you uninstall the app. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to the client. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties beyond what is described above.

6. Your Rights

You can uninstall Snaplist at any time from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your session data is automatically deleted. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
